Code Geass: Mao / Wrong Side of Sane
Next time better check the language before accepting the job. Well, luckily it's only 18 words, and about 17 of them are pretty obvious. And I do have Rainer's TM from previous similar translations as a help. But seriously, Swedish is not a language I actually know...

Translating a language that you don't know is more fun ;) I once translated Latin to Polish >.>; And two sentences from Estonian to Polish. I speak none of them (safe for Polish) XD

I've once had to translate a bit of French as well... I'd rather keep to the languages I know, though. Clients expect a certain level of quality when you actually work as a translator, after all. :D

Of course that clients do. But judging by stuff translated to English and English to Polish by 'professional' translators here, I doubt that many of them actually care about that certain level of quality >.>;

Yeah, I think I get what you mean. Italians are bad like that as well, at least judging by the English source files we've had from translations for Italian companies. Not quite as bad, but occasionally problematic as well, are the French and sometimes, surprisingly, the Swedish.
