Ah, crazy day yesterday. Star Wars: The Old Republic finally officially available for pre-order. Using "officially" because I had it actually pre-ordered from Game years
ago. However, this also meant the chance to cancel the old order and get the absolutely awesome (and expensive as hell) Collector's Edition
. Which, as Game shortly thereafter informed me while canceling the new order, is apparently too heavy for them to ship outside the UK
. Cue frantic search for any place that would deliver anything
to Estonia. In a stroke of brilliance, the solution was found in the strangest place - Amazon.com. Nice to know that while their European sites haven't quite yet figured out that Estonia is also in the EU now, the .com offers international deliveries for some things (including what I needed this time) for us as well. :D And another surprise - even with the higher shipping cost and the added import fees deposit, it's still just a tiny bit cheaper than ordering it over here (that is, by my calculations it fits perfectly between the price for the game itself and its price including shipping). Go figure...
