Play-Asia.com managed to make quite a nice impression on me. Apparently, when you make an account but don't order anything for a while, their system sends a quite polite second message that offers help with navigating the site and the ordering process. While not something I'd need myself, it's certainly useful for others.

Well, other systems might likely have a similar message, though. I just haven't managed to put myself in this situation before. :D The actual problem I have is quite different - what I want to (pre-)order will only be released after my current credit card expires.
