No, I've got drawing ability at all. I got it here:

But how do you save it as a picture?

I used the method of pressing 'Print Scrn' on the keyboard and pasteing the whole screen into Paint. Then you can take the part of the picture you need (I used a 303x303 pixel square) and copy it again into a new picture. After that, to make it into a LJ icon I resized it to 33% height and width resulting in a picture exactly 100x100 pixels. :)
