Wow... A real post? Here? On my LJ?

Code Geass: Lelouch / Sword / Content
More SoulSilver progress. Reached the wall again. Also known as the Elite Four. It's always the same - getting rather well through the rest of the game, and then I'm completely stopped there. Seriously, my starter isn't even fully evolved yet...

Other than that, I've also been working on the next icon post for the_silver_key (none of the big projects, but finishing the smaller Maria†Holic iconing spree).

Oh, and the big translation was just one day late. :D Not bad, considering that I also had to do a couple of smaller projects at the same time.

And it seems likely that I will add another fansub group to my links list here soon. Was actually invited to help out this time. My "[Menclave QC Slave]" greeting message on IRC worked this time as advertising as well, apparently... Well, always nice to finally have something to do. Let's hope Menclave will get things going soon as well, though. Yes, there's actually been a bit of progress, but nothing's even close to QC on the projects I'm on.

I really should learn some more useful skills... QC is a nice job, of course, but I'd also love to do something more. Well, I don't really trust myself to editing, though. Except maybe for some of the not-so-good groups where even I would be an improvement, but I don't really want to join these either. For anything else, a better computer seems to be the first requirement, though. If I can't even get the necessary programs to run well on this one, there's nothing I can do.

Well, the big translations have been a nice sign at work, though. Maybe things will start getting better again, and with that, maybe I might even soon start making enough money again to actually have a chance to make this reality. (And finally get to play DA:O and ME2 as well...)

Also, LOL.

What makes you think that QC is not useful enough? :/ Good quality of the final product is what really matters in my opinion.

Oh, it is useful, but I'd still like to do more. But it's nice to know there are still groups who take the effort to double-check their releases.
